At MankTrend, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
  • The return request is submitted within the eligible window

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or personalised products (bespoke jewelry, engraved items, etc.)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Intimate wellness or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@manktrend.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service
  5. Retain your tracking number until the refund is processed

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@manktrend.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MankTrend is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
